2026年 方針提言
「両輪を回す」
方針提言2025年を見返して、昨年から今年へと一つ事業を形にした「Tsukiji Kitchen」。
これは自分でもよく頑張ったなーと感じることが出来ました。
「溢れる情報を取捨選択し、形にすることが価値」
2024-2025年は深く深く沈み込み、そこからグッと飛び上がる。
2025-2026年は飛び上がった地点から、次をどうしていくか実装や実務に落とし込む。
さらに上を目指していくという感じよりも、水平垂直に経済圏を拡大拡張するような感覚がしっくり来ています。
同時に組織体制も考えなければいけない局面ですが、カチカチの組織感を出してしまうのも少し違う気がしています。
不確定要素が多い時代ですので、組織運営や事業指針にはある程度の柔軟性を持たせておきたいところです。
カナダに移住して丸7年、ビザなどの根底的な課題感は抱えながらも、ひとまず歩みを止めません。
そして、双方間利益が生じるよう「両輪を回す」という表題を掲げながら、事業運営を継続していきます。
打ち続けてきた点を結びにいく、そのような2026-2027年にしていくつもりです。
2026年1月
“Turning Both Wheels”
Looking back at the 2025 strategic statement, I can say that from last year into this year, we successfully brought one business into tangible form: Tsukiji Kitchen.
This is something I can genuinely acknowledge as a meaningful personal achievement.
“In an age of information overload, true value lies in selecting what matters and giving it form.”
The period from 2024 to 2025 was about going deep—immersing myself fully—and then making a decisive leap forward. From 2025 to 2026, the focus shifts to translating that momentum into execution: implementing ideas, refining operations, and grounding vision in day-to-day practice. Rather than aiming simply “higher,” it feels more appropriate to expand our economic ecosystem both horizontally and vertically—broadening and deepening at the same time.
At the same time, this is a phase that requires consideration of organizational structure. However, imposing a rigid or overly formal structure does not feel quite right. Given the many uncertainties of our time, it is important to retain a degree of flexibility in both organizational management and business direction.
It has now been seven full years since relocating to Canada. While fundamental challenges—such as visa-related matters—remain, we will not stop moving forward. With the guiding principle of “Turning Both Wheels,” we will continue to operate our businesses in a way that creates mutual benefit for all parties involved.
The years 2026–2027 will be about connecting the points we have consistently worked to establish—bringing them together into something cohesive and enduring.
