第一回　 魚の疋田拓也が誕生した日

1989年、私は父親の出身地である静岡県沼津市に遊びに来た。

駿河湾という恵まれた海が一面に広がる立地に、私は幼いながらに興奮していた。

今日、人生初めての魚釣りをする。

振り返ってみれば「疋田拓也」としての人生を決めたのは紛れもなく、初めて釣った1匹の「ネンブツダイ」だった。

「いただきます」それはとても深い言葉だ。

「命を頂きます」、つまり食べるということに対する感謝の意味を表す。

そのような語源を背景に持ちながら、現代では食事を出してくれた方への感謝の意味も表すようになった。

In 1989, I visited Shizuoka where my father’s hometown is.

I was so excited that there is the Suruga Bay as far as the eye can see.

That day, I went fishing for the first time.

Looking back, NENBUTU-DAI that I got decided my life as Takuya Hikita.

“ITADAKIMASU” It is a profound word.

The origin of this word is “We will receive life”.

It means we sincerely appreciate the food.

It also expresses our gratitude for the people who made the dish and the people who made the ingredients in the present era.
